LDI Sports Consulting and Instruction (Linda Derk Inc) provides quality elite softball instruction, motivational speaking, program consulting, product sales/promotion, and more for youth and coaches across the country. Our vision is to expose youth softball players and coaches to elite instructors, quality softball products, and offer professional consulting to build a foundation for positive structured programs.

Our principle method of selling our services is promotion via a grass roots effort of community based representatives who work directly with the local youth, coaches, and leagues.
